OBJECTIVES OF THE MASTER’S PROGRAM
The main objective of the Master’s program is to offer the participant the cognitive framework and the techniques necessary to facilitate decision-making in matters of corporate communication and stakeholders as well as to manage and direct a company or socially responsible organization.
The Master’s in Stragegic Management of Social Responsability and Leadership of organizations within the framework of development objectives has been designed so that participants acquire the following competencies
The ability to manage existing and necessary means to meet the social responsibility needs (obligations) of the company both internally and externally.
The acquisition and development of leadership skills capable of combining economic interests and social cohesion.
The acquisition of knowledge in the area of corporate communication and relationships with stakeholders.
The acquisition of knowledge and development of skills and competencies necessary to design, implement and manage entrepreneurship projects or innovation processes that include in their decision matrix contributions of social value.
