As I mentioned in the January editorial, loneliness in medical research can be a common experience, especially among teams working in highly competitive and demanding environments, such as hospitals with high patient care pressure.
مشروع الضوء, with its research on consciousness during cardiac arrest, deviates significantly from the usual topics focused on physical health. Due to the overwhelming workload in hospitals, such research topics can sometimes be overlooked.
Our idea is to establish weekly personal contact to collect data, address doubts, encourage staff, and make the work more manageable and pleasant.
Collaboration is essential in research, and at the Icloby Foundation, we propose a joint meeting with all participating hospitals. This will allow us to discuss emerging issues, clarify doubts, اقترح تحسينات, and present an update on the results so far.
For some hospitals, it has already been a year since the project began, while others will reach that milestone this year, and new hospitals continue to join at different stages. We have collected a significant number of resuscitated cases with experiences occurring when the brain was not functioning.
We propose gathering on يمكن 8 at 1:00 PM (Madrid time) to maximize hospital participation. The goal of this meeting is to address doubts, discuss challenges, encourage collaboration among hospital teams, and share results and difficulties encountered in integrating clinical data into the CRF (Case Report Form).
This meeting will provide a more dynamic exchange of information compared to email communication.
Issues may have arisen during the project, and having a space where participants can express concerns and receive feedback from both peers and the coordination team can be key to finding effective and prompt solutions.
It is essential that the different teams get to know each other, as building relationships between groups can improve collaboration and create a more cohesive working environment.
Sharing the results obtained so far will allow all participants to understand the progress of the research. This not only offers an overview of the study’s advancement but may also inspire new ideas and approaches, potentially leading to new collaborative projects.
During the meeting, we propose a brief round of introductions from the participating hospitals.
Some hospitals have reported a low incidence of cases. It would be useful to investigate the reasons beforehand to explore potential improvements
We would also like to confirm whether all hospital teams are receiving the newsletter and if you would like any additional sections included. Ensuring effective communication of relevant information is crucial.
of relevant information is crucial.
We invite all participants to join this group meeting, where collaboration and the exchange of ideas will be fundamental to the success of our research. Please confirm your attendance and prepare any questions or topics you would like to discuss.
We are confident that this meeting will be beneficial for everyone involved.
We look forward to seeing you all soon!
