Thinking with a Vision for the Future

Organizations often, and rightly so, strive and focus on deploying their strategies and skills to achieve their goals. No entanto, it is inevitable that sometimes events occur that interfere with those goals — no one can afford to be careless.

The key issue is to protect against risks and plan ahead. This has an immediate and certain cost, while the benefit lies in the future and is uncertain. We do not know if the risk will materialize — or rather, we don’t know when it will. The probability that something serious or that leadership changes will occur in the next six months is very small, but if we look ten years ahead, that probability skyrockets. It’s only a matter of time. Portanto, we must be prepared.

Just like a soccer team cannot focus solely on scoring goals — what good is scoring two goals if you concede three? No fim, you lose the game. Likewise, a good organization also needs a solid defense against critical risks: preparing with a good strategy and a strong team to face those risks, conflicts, and adversities.

This preparation allows you to face the future with greater confidence in your projects and greater resilience when dealing with uncertainty.

That is why, in the second half of 2025, at Fundación Icloby, we have focused on research and on organizing a highly qualified team to be prepared to improve quality, face new training initiatives in consciousness and social leadership, guidance and grief support, Percepção extra -nsorial, and some additional surprises that we will share in 2026. All of this is part of a plan to expand Fundación Icloby across all levels — a plan worthy of ensuring succession at every scale and preserving our mission to improve the world we live in through education, consciousness research in hospitals, and direct social action with organizations and living beings.

This strategy, which is already underway, marks the transition and represents the first seven years of entrepreneurship toward consolidating the organization’s image. It includes the training of project leaders in different countries, preparing successors, and managing expectations to expand the board of trustees.

We are already very happy and satisfied with the achievements made in consciousness research, educação, and social action — but that, I will save for the year-end editorial.
For now, we have just applied the brakes — not to slow down, but to ensure that the car can move faster, with control, amid future uncertainties.
