Every day there are more of us in the Light Project
We welcome Vithas La Milagrosa and Vithas Aravaca University Hospitals located in the city of Madrid. With these, we now have 7 Spanish hospitals linked to the project, of which 3 are in Madrid, 2 in Barcelona, 1 in Valladolid and another in Albacete. This list is complemented by a hospital in the city of Bogota (哥伦比亚) and another in the town of Rio Negro in Argentina.
About these new entities, it is worth noting that for the year 2023, Vithas Aravaca Hospital was recognized by the IQVIA TOP20 Award given to the best hospital management, highlighting the excellence of service within the category of Private Hospitals. In this, the 24th edition of the Awards, 185 public and private hospitals participated.
On the other hand, since January 2020, the emblematic La Milagrosa Hospital has been linked to the Vithas Group and in April 2023 it was accredited as a University Hospital by the Ministry of Health of the Community of Madrid to train undergraduate medical and nursing students from the Francisco de Vitoria University in Madrid.
Welcome! With each new Hospital that joins, our Foundation feels strengthened the structure of the Project itself and recognizes with enthusiasm the support to this new challenge for the world of science.
