Deadline to exercise withdrawal

The student has a period of 14 calendar days from the formalization of the purchase to withdraw from the contract without the need for justification and without any penalty, provided that you have not accessed the contents of the online course or have not attended any session in the case of face-to-face training.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Once the application has been validated and compliance with the requirements has been verified, will proceed to full refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used in the purchase.

In cases where a installment payment method, The withdrawal will also be valid during the first 14 days, provided that the contents have not been accessed or sessions attended. The refund will include the total amount of the fees paid up to that point..
