Jose Maria Tomás

Degree in Law, Magistrate and President of the Foundation for Justice, entered the Judicial Career by opposition, exercising powers in civil matters, trade, of family, Criminal and Civil Registry.

College professor, Head of Studies of the School of Legal Practice of the Illustrious Bar Association of Valencia between 1999 y 2008, expert for the European Year against Racism, expert in the Congress on Human Responsibilities and Duties, Trustee of the Oxfam Intermon Foundation, since october 2004 to june 2017.

Preparation of the "Charter of Rights of the User of Justice" at the initiative of the Valencian Association of Consumers and Users (AVOID) in 2002.
